1. ADMISSION AND REGISTRATION
Registration and admission operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
A non-refundable registration fee of £50 is payable upon acceptance of the Registration Form.
Admission is conditional upon a review after your child’s first free settle-in week to ensure we can provide appropriate care.
Parents may not swap nursery places or days among themselves; changes must go through management, subject to availability.
2. CONFIRMATION OF PLACE
Confirmation of your child’s place will be provided in writing, including the commencement date, required sessions, settling-in schedule, Terms and Conditions, and Policies and Procedures.
3. DEPOSIT
A deposit of half your child’s monthly fees is required within 5 working days of an offer.
The deposit is held for the duration of your child’s stay and refunded with one month’s written notice of withdrawal.
4. SESSION TYPES AND MINIMUM ATTENDANCE
Minimum attendance is 2 full days or 3 half-day sessions per week.
Full day session: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Half day session: 8:00am – 1:00pm or 1:00pm – 5:00pm
Funded Hours session: 9:00am -3:00pm
Extra sessions must be paid at the time of booking and are non-refundable unless agreed by management.
5. SIBLING DISCOUNT
A 10% discount applies to the eldest child when multiple siblings attend.
6. OPENING HOURS AND CLOSURES
Standard hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Extended hours are available with 24 hours’ notice for an additional fee.
We are open 50.5 weeks per year, closing from Christmas Eve through New Year and on bank holidays.
7. LATE COLLECTION CHARGES
£10 for the first 15 minutes late,.
8. ABSENCES, ILLNESS, AND EMERGENCY
Please notify us of absences.
We may refuse entry to unwell children, especially those with contagious conditions.
In emergencies, staff will accompany your child to the hospital until you arrive.
9. LOSS OR DAMAGE
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.
Label all clothing and bedding.
Buggies left on site are at your own risk.
10. POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Policies are provided upon confirmation of your child’s place and reviewed annually.
11. CORRESPONDENCE PREFERENCES
Please provide your preferred email address for nursery communications.
12. START DATE DELAYS
Fees remain payable from the agreed start date even if the child’s start is delayed.
13. PAYMENT
Fees are payable monthly in advance by Direct Debit, Tax-Free Childcare, or childcare vouchers.
Late payments incur a 2% daily interest charge and a £25 administration fee.
Returned payments incur an administration charge equal to any bank fees.
Fees are payable year-round, including during closures for bank holidays and Christmas.
14. CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
You may cancel within 7 days of contract confirmation with a full refund unless services have commenced.
We may terminate the contract immediately for unpaid fees, unacceptable behavior, or nursery closure.
15. DATA PROTECTION
We comply with UK GDPR regulations and handle your data lawfully, securely, and transparently.
16. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We may update these Terms and Conditions with one month’s written notice.
